SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
It is your content of the package and your address that will determine the mode of shipping. We have a plethora of options at our disposal for transit of your packet and the mode is solely determined by the content and address. It is to be also notified that the shipping rates are liable to change at any juncture of time.
The checkout page displays only the modes of shipping at our disposal. We will ask you to edit your order if it does qualify into the bracket of your preferred mode of payment. There may also be a possibility of change in the shipping mode if you change the content or address of shipping. The shipping costs incurred to you will be displayed on the confirmation page that appears on the screen.
The good news is that we have three shipping centers so as to deliver your medicine at the earliest date possible. It is our vision to provide medicines at the earliest date possible so as to ensure proper wellbeing of our customers and we are totally committed in our mission.
DEFAULT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your default shipping address is the one which you have given us in your most recent order. You may change your shipping address at the checkout page as you wish by clicking the “change” button. You are then free to choose the address of your choice where we deliver your product. Speedy delivery is our guarantee.
It is up to you to you to edit or modify the shipping address by editing the shipping address. You may add, delete, or edit your given address and we give you full rights to edit the saved address. The orders made by you on this site won’t be affected at all in case you change the address of the orders.

ORDER PROCESSING DEADLINES
All orders placed before 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday except holidays) will be processed the same day subject to the availability of the order in the stock at the proximal distribution center. Orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the very next day.
ITEMS ON ORDER
If an item is currently out of stock in our distribution centers, then the description page will intimate you about the availability of the product and the expected date when the product will be available in our stores. If you choose to purchase that item, then you are liable to pay a preorder/backorder shipping surcharge. Availability dates for products mentioned in the order are just an estimate and therefore the delivery of such products can’t be guaranteed.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email when we finish processing your order. It is our policy that our shipping carriers do not pick up packages.

The preferred carriers for shipment of orders are: FedEx, US Postal DHL Service, Ontrac, LaserShip or UPS.
